Why female bosses are most hated??

Hii Vishwas I think you are living in the past century,today females are considered equally responsible.They rarely use feminity as an excuse, they are asked to meet the targets in a way similar to the men . I think men are more socially irresponsible than women,and today most men require their wives to be working because they never were economically responsible. There is alot of difference between your perceptions and reality.

Economic  responsibility and social responsibility has a great impact on the working style of an individual. In India however, females are seldom  held responsible for economic conditions of a family and so  one may see the impact in the working style of  female boss/collegue. 

I sum up the reasons as follows :

-Working Females are generally not bounded with economic  responsibility of a family.

-Feminity used as excuse to get rid of most key responsibilities. Like most responsibilities that may involve a labour job, or risk of death, must be done by males only 

-Feminity used as excuse to get special previliges.

 -The special previliges enjoyed by a working female are never labelled as sex-discrimination. They are just made unquestionable. Eg. The feminity is many times used as an excuse to leave the office on time, while the male workers are still toiling hard on a project. In worst cases, they may be doing her part of work.

A workplace, where males are generally struggling with their work to earn their living with a fear of their own future, their family's future , their social reputation as an earning member, females are generally free from such fears.

 A male boss can be questioned/answered easily  than a female when acting wrongly. But It's difficult with female bosses as they aready get a psycological social support/shield of being pure and stainless due to their feminity.

Male work force daily suffers with special previliges given to females in the form of reservation in transports, education , jobs etc, especially when they are given to the females who are from well-to-do families, especially when a general class male helplessly sees his rights getting snatched away in the name of respect towords woman.

 And when he reaches the workplace , dominance , overload of work in the excuses of  feminity, and simultaneously getting compared with the working of females would naturally add annoyances for him.

It is a fact that females are more sincere and honest towards their work thats why female boses are hated
