Why Indians and Indian government doesn't use technology to communicate with international community?

I have a simple question. When other countries use internet, mainly social media to "broadcast their message" to the entire world, then why can't we do the same?

Here are some facts.....

When America attacked Iraq, and after that Saddam was captured, Iraq became the centre of attraction for the whole world for quite some time. This is how it happened. Iraqis chose the online medium to reached their people and others across the globe to make their point or rather “to present their message”.The Iraqi Government announced their presence online and using technology, their National Center for Information created a YouTube Channel for the Iraqi Government.

This being one of those developments Iraq has been witnessing today, will be used to communicate with people across the world.But the question that lies at the heart of all these developments, Where is the Indian Government?

India recognised as one of the most tech savvy nation citing many companies abroad finding the greatest of opportunities in India, then why not reach out to the world? I mean, how tough is it? The financial capital of India, Mumbai bled on this day last year, and the country will never forget that. Lot of Hoardings and billboards were shown stating people’s appeal to the politicians for justice and the required action against terrorism. But why could they use the social media and Youtube for the same which the other couyntries being no as developed as us did?

Indians have the problem of "not learning". Maybe its from other countries or maybe from its own mistakes. We never realise what boon we have of being the IT mastermind in the whole world. The best IT brains live in our country. But we dont realise what we have and till the time we do. Its already too late....

Sarika, your insight is inspiring, but the fact remains, we indians it is not that we are not able to communicate or broadcast? we do not basically have anything to communicate!!

International issues need to be specific and defined

Sarikha basically, we have to think about wat are the issues that have to be shared internationally.

Can anyone give more details onto this definition of Communication with International community.

Most of the people across India may know that, India has been technical savvy for longer time now.

but, let us try to strengthen this technicality in domestic scale before going onto the international level.

how many are able to reach this note of technicality and local level????

the main problem with india and indians is that,all of us know what is going on and whats the truth is,but here no one comes ahead to take the iniciative,the day when every indian starts taking the initiative then 

india will become the super power
