idea posted by AKNR Chandra Sekhar Manager-Release Management, ANZ Operations and Technology

Manager is responsible to understand vision of the organisation and convert them into goal suitable to the team. This process requires lot of thought process and as input need sound understanding of economic situation of the customer base country (and the offshore country). If this is done properly the vision can be translated into meaningful goals for the team, and team also can play an important role in achieving the same.

idea posted by Shashi Kumar U Manager accounts & commercial, Mazda Concrete Products Pvt Ltd
A fair amount of knowledge of accounts and finance is a must for any successful manager. As finance is the life line to run any business. I have seen many talented managers failing due to lack of knowledge of finance and how manage it.
