Jayanta I fully agree with your view point. If VOIP is not blocked the earnings of the government will go down.

Normal telephone calls are very easy to track and monitor. Specially, with the advent of the cell - all talk is on the air - literally. Easy for anyone with a bit of technical knowledge to monitor. With VOIP, it is sent as an Internet packet. Makes monitoring more difficult.
