Living in social environment and maintaining responsibilities like marriage and then kids, tends a couple to manage their office and personal life. None of them can runaway from their responsibilities. Actually this social force binds them throughout the course of action.

I support your idea sir...as soon as a person gets a job ,responsibilities surround him as there are our owns sitting back at home with a lot of expectations from us....then there comes our duty, managing both work and office...

Yes I agree to my statement. A lot of men have come out of traditional mentality and have started becoming more active at home too. Thus they feel better and they want to spend more time home. This partially divides their attention just like it used to happen to the working women. |

Thanks for your statement & idea & really some achievement for people like me & many like me, who really changed a little for their spouse.Though it is a selfish move, but at least good for their partner / spouse. I support your idea, Ms. Priyanka.

with the changing world men have also decided to change their mentality and accept women in each field. also with this the level of understanding has also boomed....

By nature, women are experts in multi tasking. That's why women find it easy to manage household and official responsibilities. For men it is diificult and multi-tasking habit is to be cultivated. In olden days parents of either wife/ husband used to take care of the children. Unfortunately we have abondoned the old system as useless. In my opinion the solution lies in keeping the parents with them, which reduces the burden of women to a larger extent. Some sacrifices are required for a better and healthy living !!

IN ANY NUCLEAR FAMILY IT IS ALL ABOUT UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE.THE MEANING OF UNDERSTANDING IS NOTHING BUT ACCEPTING ANY RESPONSIBILITY WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE OR MALICE.THE RATIO I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING IS 50:50.
