According to me a key principle of agile development is that testing is integrated throughout the lifecycle, enabling regular inspection of the product as it develops. This allows the one to make adjustments if necessary and gives the product team early sight of any quality issues.

Agile is very usefull when time tomaket is an improtant factor as the work done in short Sprints can be released early and product release can be done in parts
