No way outsourcing can be stopped, because its all the money game& business policies,where as countrys like india share huge difference in terms of rupee to Dollar, also paid salarys compared to Uk , Us are very low and work output is very high with quality, and since it has been numbers of years for the outsourcing trend is carried in india,peoples have become pro in terms of work requirments such as foreign languages, eticates, vocabs, and working hours, Its that simple that outsourcing was planned by professionals keeping in mind the boom and crises period in upcoming business years as such. |

first and the foremost reason is the rupee to $ difference inj addition to that we have various reasons like .... recruiting employees and giving them training is time consuming and also needs lot of finance in the base country, which most of the companies don't like...
yes francis mainly it won't stop due to the diference in the currency rates, even though Obama said that he'll bring back the jobs to US it won't affect that much, and most of them still will resort to outsourcing as that is the only way they can save their dollars..

firangs cannot slog like asians. they never accumulate like us .. our sitting levels like a donkey are unmatcable.. so outsourcing shalt stay forever ... no obama can stop it ..

We are the Only country in the world has lots of Clerical man power who will do outsourcing job with less cost..So no one can change it..

maximum of companies need some basically strong individuals in their areas to support them better they can't give them direct job so they place the persons on the basis of their work requirement with a legal document.when the need becomes over they can fire them but they give good money & better facility with challenging opportunity to work ,

In my opinion, protectionism policies will add more injury to the economic crisis that America is facing today. However, this will also hurt the leadership position of the US. One should not forget that outsourcing has led to economic advantage to the US. The protectionist policies will delay America's revival like it did in the time of great depression...... |
