Midlife is when you reach the top of the ladder and find that it was against the wrong wall, If you have reached middle age without pausing to contemplate the fact that you are, at best, probably halfway through your life's journey, you are unusual.

Most people won't have a full-blown midlife "crisis" but almost everyone will experience a stage of transition.  And this transition we can see in our workplace many go through these kind of mid-life crisis kind of period....I mean to solve it in the first place we need to know why it happens...so, guys why people have  a mid-life crisis??

Men & women in their 30’s & mid 40's from the IT industry are worst hit by the mid-life crisis as compared to the professionals from other fields with poor EQ (emotion quotient). They have difficulty keeping pace with technology in their professions.  In trying to keep up with youngsters in their career, professional in their 30’s start feeling obsolete. The crisis also strikes the most who are successful academically and in their careers , but have a poor EQ level.

Initially people will choose the jobs which pay high than looking at what they are into and what suits their skills. By the time they realize that it would be Mid life. n they will be in clutches of the crisis.

Usually we do not plan out things at an earlier level, and even if we do plan out things they do not give out the desired result. Going haphazardly in the earlier phase of life gives out to mid life crisis.
