Always open

idea posted by Vijay Sharma Logistics Manager, Reliance retail

If your business goes online then you're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

What can be better than that? You can make sales while you're asleep. No having to lock up the store at the end of the day and earn earn and earn.

Today the whole world is behind the word "TECHNOLOGY".

Everyones knows how computers and internet has made work simpler, easier and faster.

Fax machines were replaced by emails. USB was also one of the greatest inventions replacing those heavy paper files.

Online trading of shares/commodities and banking have benefited millions of them.

Internet and computer is a must for every human being. Its simple, anywhere and anytime accessible.

I agree with Mr. majumder. Online business is very much economical as compared to the physically present store. That is the reason business should go online....

One your business is online then you are not local anymore, your get audience from all over the world. So its better to have an good understanding with the International courier company as your product may be purchased by someone out of your nation.

Angry customers won't be pounding down your door trying to get a piece of you if your business goes online. It is better to have a better online service so that you don't face such problem online too. having a better online customer service is key to having successful online business.
