I think transparancy, responsibility, response-ability, fairness, world view of the company, public perception in India ... all describe infosys. Its bench strength, training capabilities, talent pool etc. are added attractions.
I have worked in Mysore Lamps, IISc, Syndicate Bank, KSFC, Hyundai India Telecom etc. I am now a self employed person. It is not money alone that drives a person....
