yes sonam, i agree with you. The main attraction seems to be that all you need is a computer with internet access and you are ready to go.
With the price of PCs dropping rapidly, the internet marketing domain just got enabled for an exodus. I know a few people who do it as a sideline and some who are doing it to patch up their finances in between jobs!!

People are connected to the internet today, not only through computers, but through mobile and Black berry also. The cost of marketing is low, some times even nil where as the returns are good. |

I feel Internet marketing really turned out to be the best practice to grow any kind of business these days. It has captured all the markets as this is real fast in reaching wide audience globally, easy to expose and and implement and cost effective rather free to promote and advertise. Internet marketers kick off very fast with less efforts if known to capture the audience where SEM places major role.
I support all the above views...internet marketing is a easy,cost effective and faster way of promotion.But i have one point to say here,how many of us check the emails that come to us daily,how many of us check the popoups that appear whenever i open a website?Internet marketing or promotion through internet can be considered as a smarter way of communication but what percentage of people in India have access to internet or use internet daily??
I agree with you Priya. Apart from the benefits in advertising, now one can use online services to demonstrate his products with customers (eg. Online Webinars, Web Conferencing etc). It makes online marketing much efficient in not only promoting goods, but also increases its popularity with customers in a inexpensive manner.
