Isn't it surprising that technology is so advanced and there are so many heath clubs available in our country still our youth is facing such problem? Awareness about the ill effects of. various heart troubling factors is already with us but nobody actually wants to do something till a disaster doesn't happen! Why according to you are youth more prone to heart attacks?

Sedentary lifestyle

idea posted by Bindu Narayan Product Development Manager, Care Biomedicals

Most of us have to sit at the same place and work for long hours. We don't get enough time to exercise nor do we try. This habit is making all of us a couch potato leading to more and more health issues. Lack of exercise and irregular eating habits are to be blamed for this.

Now-a-days a large number of youngsters are doing their jobs in private companies. Most of the time they are forced to do work in under-pressure situations. As a result they got a hectic schedule of working, horrible traveling and less time for their families means less time to become relaxed and more time to get stressed. I think, this is one of the strongest reasons that is why youngsters are being more prone to heart attacks in day to day life.

our work culture is putting youngsters in to such a complex situation, that they can barely manage. the result orientated work culture has created the insecurity of occupation. Obviously we are in immense pressure and in the rush for achievement. evolution nuclear family has created the condition of lack of psychological and social support to the individuals, naturally leading to psychological immaturity. fast food / Junk food culture plays a vital role on the same. Our new generation is totally unaware on the effect of different foods on the body. More over, our parents, schools, health system, and society fails to aware them on healthy food culture. What looks good for eyes, might not be good for the body.

It is due to the lifestyle of todays youth coupled with the fast food that they consume in huge quantities. Add to this lack of exercise and hectic work schedules and you have the perfect recipe for disaster.
