Not only men but women too have sucha mentality which turns them against other women. Not just men but even women are pullying each others legs on the ladder of success. It is not just about men but all the women who have supported wrong things. It is not just the men who want to dominate but the women who are ready to be dominated or who help in dominating other women. |

Dear Kriti Das Women Liberty is always at risk since Men at Top think women are Kachra and harass them,and in this goal of theirs ( there are some low level mentality women who support them ) Hence Men think they are great.

Not a day passes, in this part of India, without a crime against women. What we need is a speedy justice. Two years back three people travelling on bike poured acid on two engg. college students at Warangal. One of the girls later succumber to injuries. While the protests are going on the police "encountered" the three culprits within a week. The whole state appreciated the police. Girls from all colleges went to the Police Station and SP's office and offered flowers and sweets. It is a rare incident to watch. Demand Speedy Justice for Women. Forget equality and 33% reservation. Save the women.

Kirti, when you say women liberation, I do not support you. Its not about liberation, its about justice. When an educated woman talks about male domination, its something about her failure. Bullies could be men but all men are not bullies. The same stand for women. All women are not meek or enslaved by men. You know Mayawati, Jaylalita, Mamta, Sonia or don't you. The problem is injustice. We need justice in time.

As per my experience One of the prestigious organization in Bangalore (The British Library) recruited lady staff. They are not at all Library Science Graduates. Their husbands are in high position with well paid. When I was discussing with them, they said just for time pass they are working in the library. At the same time lot of men applied for the position to take care of their family. They are all having good experience with Library science qualification also. They are not responding queries properly. If you ask any information again they will go and ask men only like what to to, how to do. If any issues in office they will not troubleshoot/solve the problem immediately. Evening they will inform to father or husband. which ever answers they will get from them. samething they will apply.

In the Today scene Condition is not as poor as it seems. Women in these days are doing all the things and equally participating in Every Area of Life. This was never Before. Today women choose her carrier, her way of life and her partner everything. However in villege area All this is less. But very good from old time. I didn't see at this time that women is taking a pallu as they took in 20 years ago. I Saw the voice of women increasing from 25 years. Many changes are there and many will happen in the next few years. Now There are few peoples who has worst mentality but not the all. You can see thousands of program on television based on women. The condition is rightly going on. Now Women itself should leave that they are poor or neglected in any area and they should try to go ahead with her choice. |

Men and women are equal and they have individual rights but at some places men are dominant and vice versa. Men are physically strong so they have the right to protect women etc.
