How can one remain unplugged or alienated from the work..and if that be so, stress sneaks its own. So, the best proven way to beat stress..enjoy your work with interest and zeal, without undermining personal and physical comfort

We all know that today majority people are facing stress small or big.Mainly either job or family problem and day by day incrasing the ratio of youngs are not getting job , loose their life. We have require to support, motivate all of them who are facing this situation. It is difficult but never loose our efforts towards the. In the stress time , a person have to fight with stress, feel satisfaction, enjoy happy moment, continuously make active your mind as per your interes. There are so many ways to remove or forget stress.
Ultimately never run away from stress, make a friend or fight with stress, you will assure become success.....

People must remember that "A winner is not one who never fails, but one who never quits" Suicide is not a solution. A philosophical outlook is necessary. As mentioned in Gita "Do your duty and leave the results to the God" A prayer for 10 minutes in the morning and evening will give relaxation to some extent.

i thought stress is not always negative it depends, how we take it, sometime it enhance the the capability of the person as well. so it's not negative always it's depend how the particular take it.

My General Manager Mr. Manoj Kumar Mehrotra said one day after identifying that i am also involved in work stress, that Dear Anupam If you have no other option to do a work at any circumstances then do that work with full enjoyment and interest. whenever we are doing any work just taken as a fun and interest till then nothing happends like WORK STRESS.

The modern day life is full of perplexities.The moment one gets the assignment with target,he or she rides the vehicle in full throttle.The speed matters.The target matters.The next assignment matters.If any thing does not matter is one's own stress and its fatal result.I will therefore advise one to all to relax in between a little bit of time or pause,move and act. Alternatively, have an entertaining book always and to read few paragraphs and close it and move forward.It will help to re-energize and motivate to positive energy.
