now most of us live under a big stress which is bad for our health ,i think we should find some way to have a relax.

Stress can also develop when you feel of building your career, home, family. So it is there all the time. When we satisfy our needs and work routinely, may stress fall. I think, stress makes you feel occupied, but there should be times we should have a vacation or outing and relax or feel good.

Enjoying every moment as said by suryanarayan is very essential. We crib about the petty issues cos we are more concerned about small mistakes. but once u start enjoyin ur work you just pass those mistakes and in fact mistakes pass you...

present physically and mentally at same place . that is while being at work don;t think of domestic tension and while being at home don't think of work. this can keep you stressfree don't have bautheration for small things at any place.

Before answering this question, i would like to ask 'Does your office politics let you work with peace or even enjoy the pleasure of doing it?'. But what so ever be the problems or the hectic schedule, an hour with your family can always ring the bell. More friends at work place can also relieve stress

I think enjoying our work is most important. If one enjoys what he/she does I think we can avoid stress during workload. If we think this is what we are here for. That doesn't mean we should be always overloaded. But to avoid stress we should enjoy our work

It is not possible to work without stress. Where there will be a lot of work to do there will be stress. The thing we can do is to manage the stress so that it will not destroy our personality. do yoga and other meditation so that you can be more calm in stress.

today everyone is running along with the time and technology.. no time to spend with ur family and friends to have a peacefull and pleasant time. so atleast once in a weak spend time with them and enjoy yourself and get relief from ur stress. some good things cant be bought through money...

In order to focus on work without stress, the time tested techniques that should be adopted are -- healthy living, appropriate diet, adequate work life balance, sleep - 6 hrs. to 8 hrs., daily exercise, meditation and a calm disposition so that the worrying thoughts can be minimized. However, it is easier said than done and if we are able to do all these activities regularly, then it should be possible to do the work with minimal stress. Thanks for the referral, Sameer....

It has been shown that physically fit persons can take on heavy mental work without ill effects.Hence,I strongly encourage individuals to regularly engage in physical exercise.It is also mentally relaxing and enhances intellectual capacity.Going for a jog or a work out in a gym can be boring at times and I therefore suggest going out for a game.It also adds an element of recreation and socialisation thus obviating the need to spend time before the idiot box.Work places should positively encourage such activities. It is also important that work be intellectually stimulating and rewarding.It is too easy to feel frustrated othervise. Some specific nutraceuticals can also help relieve stress.

Be Passionate About What You Do!

If you are passionate about what you are doing, where is the question of Stress? Stress is basically a "misnomer" for our inability to cope with a situation. Think of an Athlete, who participates in a District level tournament, comes out in "flying colours", fails to compete in the State level or a National Level. As the level increases, our ability to cope up also decreases, unless one is taught systematically as to how to handle that situation! If we are unable to prove a point, yet like to maintain supremacy over others, obviously one undergoes chaos both physically and mentally. The best thing to avoid such situation is to alieanate yourself from the situation for a while and introspect. May be clarity is in the offing!
