It is seen that people who are satisfied with what they are doing are more inclined towards more productive and efficient work, if you can provide the employees with more opportunities to apply their skills and help them to enrich their skills that will ultimately benefits the organisation. this is due to the fact that if the manager try to take care of the employees than the employees will take more care for the organisation. So more job satisfaction should be there along with reward, incentives and opportunities to apply their skills.

Everyone needs to be motivated and especially at workplace we need to motivate our employees. Then best way to motivate an employee is by giving him recognition at the workplace and also giving him a reward for the work done. This will motivate him and help him to increase his performance.

I guess we can't just pick any one to be the reason. From my personal experience while one of the factors remain dominant the others do play their part. So the leadership at various levels should take care of the factors . However particularly in IT sector what I have seen the managers play a big role in finding what motivates an individual in his team and should try and make it available.
