Recognition by cash incentives is the best option to motivate.

It is seen that people who are satisfied with what they are doing are more inclined towards more productive and efficient work, if you can provide the employees with more opportunities to apply their skills and help them to enrich their skills that will ultimately benefits the organisation. this is due to the fact that if the manager try to take care of the employees than the employees will take more care for the organisation. So more job satisfaction should be there along with reward, incentives and opportunities to apply their skills.

Rewards are necessary for motivating the employee. Non monetary factors such as gift coupons, Fun at work, working environment and monetary factors such asperiodical appraisals

Everyone needs to be motivated and especially at workplace we need to motivate our employees. Then best way to motivate an employee is by giving him recognition at the workplace and also giving him a reward for the work done. This will motivate him and help him to increase his performance. |
