Women love gossiping and they can't stay away from it .. This makes them focus less into the work and well.. that is where the guys take a step ahead her on the ladder of success.. If this is avoided she is actually capable of doing lot of work .. |

I agree Kriti. Girls are equally capable but the habit mentioned by you eat their chances of promotion, which they are not aware of, even if aware cant help it.

It is true that LADIES have a special PLACE even at workplace. Can't help. So, It is always wise to focus on work/job instead of the gender of the worker and related traits and start grumbling. |

It is wrong that women play politics to reach on the top. If the bosses have some soft corner for ladies that is mostly due to the vested interest of the boss only.

They play politics within the organization to reach on high position and to get increment easily... because being a girl some where they have support from boss.
