Never deal with a person who is in rage at that point itself. Give him/her the time and the dignity to climb down and calm down. That gives you time to find out who/why/what/how etc. Then deal with it a professional manner first to difuse the sr=tress levels and then solve the problem. Merely identifying how andwho and why wont help you. Work out a possible solution and see if the other person is interested in working with you to resolve it. As a last resort escalate the problem to a higher level professionally to get resolution.

Learn how to manage your organizations transitions and help your executives and employees survive the stress at work. This will prevent problems and create an environment where positive performance can thrive. |

Leadership comes from the top down and must address the issues with resolve. If anger is inbred in an organization's leaders this becomes a difficult but important concern. The costs of anger are too high, in the long run, for an organization to be most productive and long standing. |
