I am assigned as Planning / Project Control Engineer for preparation of level III EPC schedule, vendor schedule, Integrating Vendor Schedule in Primavera Master Schedule, Procurement tracking Report, Manpower Mobilization Plan, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report for Management and Client Presentation.

Rabigh Development Project U01 (Utility & Offsite) is an EPC Projects of around 800 Million USD doing under consultant by Hitachi Plant Technologies Ltd. having several area like Sea water intake, 5 No’s-Cooling towers, Compressed air service, Air separation unit, Sulpher forming unit, Incineration, Wet air oxidizing & Waste Water Treatment Plant. All Engineering Including Basic, Detail (Civil, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation) & Procurement done by Hitachi Whereas All Construction Work done by Tekfen (Turkish), Sojitz (Japan), Spig (Italy) and Al-suwaidi (Saudi Arabia) Construction Company. The Total Volume of the Project includes 125,000 M³ Concrete, 3500 Tons of Steel Structure, 397,000 dia inch Piping & 327 KM of Cables.

• Preparation of Detail & Mini Schedule for smooth execution of Project using Microsoft Project & Primavera.
• Preparation of Weekly Progress report for Client which includes spread sheets like Progress S-Curve, Manpower Loading Chart, Highlighted Progress Sketch, Area of Concern related to critical Path & Material Shortage.
• Responsible for all document control, Material control & cost control.
