Downturn of Computer Industry: Computer Industry was the topmost industry till 1998. But after the political change in USA there was downturn in IT industry. Republicans came into power in USA and Mr. George Bush became the American President. There was a slowdown in the computer industry. As a result, Software Engineers were begging in the streets with their bio-data. Even I am a software engineer and I also failed to get a suitable job.
