I manage an employee conversation portal www.talentequity.in. We use dynamic and real time surveys, forums, analysis and research based on employee feedback to understand what employees want from their workplaces and why they choose to leave their jobs and join another organisation.

Over the last one year we have had more that 32000 interactions with employees from over 2500 companies, on the site. Our credentials and credibility also help us advise companies to build their brand/image as employers by using tested and authentic data generated from our users and analyzing them to help devise the employee-relations strategy for the company.
