Onions taken when in the  morning and at bed time, it is good toner for the body as a whole. If a person suddenly becomes unconscious, the fumes of a crushed onion make him return to consciousness. For people suffering from earache, a couple of drops of fresh onion juice poured into ear have a beneficial effect. Even today people from the villages eat onions and jaggery (gur) with water to overcome fatigue and exhaustion after a long walking.

George yes onions have a vital role to play on health. Onion also protects against stomach and other cancers, as well as protecting against certain infections. Onion can improve lung function, especially in asthmatics.  

So friends try including as much as onions in your food.....

Onion is food from "Allium Family"& have source of sulpher & chromium containing compound.
Onion reduces the risks of many common cancers like breast cancer, prostate cancer,renal- cell cancer.It gives good protection in cardiovascular diseases.
Onion gives boost for bone health.
Thus it is one of the best gift we had received from mother nature from which we get the health benefits as well as taste in our daily food.
