THIS SEEMS UNREALISTIC.

SOME PEOPLE MAY REALLY GO INSANE AFTER SEEING ALL THESE RESUMES AND THOSE LACK SIMPLICITY, OF COURSE GRAPHICS DO IMPRESS AN INTERVIEWER BUT SIMPLE WELL-CRAFTED RESUMES IMPRESS MUCH BETTER.

IF THEY REALLY GOT THE JOB THROUGH THESE RESUMES, I WOULD SAY THEY LUCKED OUT TO HAVE A JOB IN AN MNCs.
