Announcing a 2 day workshop being organized on “Practical HR" on 26th & 27th July at Hyderabad The agenda has been designed looking at the changes in the HR scenario and expectations from stakeholders from the HR. The topics that I intend to cover are :
What is HR
Traits needed to be a good HR professional
Recruiting
Induction
Competency Mapping
Training Need Analysis
Psychometric tests
Performance Appraisals
Expectation Management
Employee Communication & Talent Retention
You will appreciate the fact that HR cannot be both Popular and Effective. The objective is to create an “effective and efficient HR" professional. The objective is to create an HR that is Effective hence Popular. Popularity would come from being effective. Please Note: This program is not a seminar. All modules will have activities to ensure you understand and are able to implement the same when you go back to work" The emphasis is on getting people to understand what they are, why they are so important and how to successfully work towards implementing them. That's the reason why we planned a workshop rather than a seminar. Cost: - Rs. 6000/- + Taxes per participant. If you register more than 2 participants, we would give you a discount of 10% per Participant on the fees. . The Venue for Hyderabad is : Hotel ManasiMG Road (Near KFC)Hyderabad Workshop timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (Please come 30 minutes before on first day to complete registration formalities) Participants would be given Certificate of participation Send us an email at training@navneetchandra.com so that we could reserve the seats for you and inform you how to make the payment I hope to see your team at the workshop. Cheers Navneet Chandra

NO!!!! Why should we move on? The issue in Ayodhya is not about hindu or muslim as a large chunk of our population seems to think. It's about outsiders coming into your terrain, destroying whatever there was and then declaring they know more about it... |
The consumer will always be the most influential face of any brand. Look at the latest "Blackberry boys' ad by Vodaphone. Do you see any one influential face or do you see the whole gang... |
I feel ashamed of us. We sit on networking forums and cry our heart out, bitching about our systems, our politics, our people everything and yet, when we get the opportunity we dont react. We expect some one else to do our job for us. We could have not... |
