a difficult question in interview- Tell me something about your self

Most comman question- Tell me something about your self ?

Does it have any guideline or perfect answer ?

As per my suggestion- Person is not very much keen to listen  already mentioned things in resume, like your education, schooling , co details, project details , hobbies, family etc.--

1. You Should know possible details of co , culture and Job details before answering this question.

2. accept that you are being asked to sell your self.

3. Start from your degree and relate how does that add weight or how do u use it for max success in your job .

4.  start from current job if you more than 3-4  co exp . Try to relate your work exp and KRA's and sell in factual basis that , what makes you suitable candidate for the job.

5 dont talk  subjective about your strengths, be honest from heart and share your behavioral strength and attitude, explain that Why Its imp for advt job and How have u used it to solve few problem in past.

6 SPEAK LESS and Meaningful, Ans in short sentences.
