I think every budy knows that every company or organisation, if they want to hire employees they want some skills acording to the job profile and they hire the people which are best among themselves ....................

but why not politicians require any degree any kind of knowledge to run the country.........

is the murder, loot, corruption, failed in exams  are the degree required to enter in the politics .......

how can even we think that the person experieniced in corruption, loot, murder etc etc can complete the 'vision-2020' which saw by our great president, is that type of people make india shining which even don't know what is meant by a leader..........

i don't think so ..will you.......

We need Administrative Reforms, Police Reforms, Electoral Reforms, Judicial Reforms and reforms on various issues that are crippling our development. We have an humble beginning of people participation in Jan Lokpal Bill. If we make this a reality, then every other thing will fall in place!

Dear Ms Bindu, what u and other people are saying is 100% correct. We are discussing and giving opinion about reforming the organization.Fact is that it will not work for more time because we are the people from the same sources and same mentality getting elected or making selection of leaders. Those who are wrong doers are definitely guilty but considering them guilty our individual responsibility does not end.According to me it will take time but definately good results will obtain.Starting from ourself neither we should not do wrong things nor support the wrong doers.

India had been a secluded nation seperated from 'mainstream developement' that occured in most of the countries in the last 50 odd years. We attempted to chart our own direction from the conscious principle set forth in our epics. This was like mixing 'chalk' and 'cheese', mixing atheistic science with spiritual consciousnes and the price we paid by inheriting a degenerated economy where our b alance of payment account was in precarious state. This led to globalization and spread of infotech and now we are plugged into to the world economy as a partner and fellow plsyer. It will take time for the effects to occur. Lokpal bill might be one step in the right direction and probably regulations in all sectors of the economy including divisions of education, healthcare etc; can deliver ultimately.

Thanks,Bindu for referral. As a matter of facts,we need well structured and independent administration, bureaucracy,Defense,Police, courts and EC.If the people who are manning these departments are honest, diligent, the country can chart a course dreamed of.Then politicians either with good qualification or not but of determination, dreams and vision can lead the country.

Ms Binduji seeing the condition the vision 2020 is never a dream come true.for this a honest n loyal vision is required.each n every person is corrupt and where the education department is corrupted what all u thinj where this country is going to stand.only murderers ,rapist caste promoters will lead the country and detrioration is under process.
Hi all! its good to get reforms .unless we reform the illiterate people to the fore ground of understanding what is required the same people by virtue of voting will vote for the their representatives in the electoral process. Educating the masses along with reforms will take us a long way to get out of the vices of these so called politicians without degree or with degree of crimes.
These people exploit these poor people and get them their vote to master the very same people for their vested interests.
Hence many reforms together along with educational, political, administrative, legal and so on should go hand in hand for a change

We have to understand the power of democracy and how to use it no mass movement can be crushed by politicians as long as it is peaceful and we have seen it in Egypt and in our country by Anna Hazare so now it is upto us with social networks to create awareness and unite as one voice which will shake any corrupt politician .

I very much agree with Mr. S Muralidharan. There has to be several such movements - starting with Electoral Reforms in order to bring about a true change in this country.

In a first - one of the change in the electoral system should be the inclusion of the "None of the Above" button in the voting machine itself. Instead of the voter requesting the electoral officer for a 49-O form and / or (the electoral officer in most cases is not aware of this) refusing to give the form or saying that the does not have the form. And if the "None of the Above" is more than the winning margin of the winning candidate, then all the candidates must be debared from contesting for the next 20 years. If in majority of constituencies in any municipality or state or national election, the "None of the Above" is maximum, then all the parties along with its candidates must be debared from contesting for the next 20 years.
