About new applications, products and services in Mobile Communication.

Please have a look in my ppt.presentation on 'Money through Mobile' (MTM) I posted among few other papers in the Repository/Documents in my 'Telecom & IT' group in www.peerpower.com, if you are a member or Peerpower. Otherwise I would suggest you to become one.

The crux of the presentation is to make the Telecom service providers aware the importance of getting into Mobile banking by forming a consortuium and setting up exclusive system and network for this without remaining mere onlookers while  banks and other extraneous agencies take away the revenue and benefits using the Telecom customer base, systems and network and spectrum costing high investment. Unless they are vigilant, the telecom industry will face antother bubble burst in 2011 with transition of voice to data and 3G product's poor reach and high cost of usage make it an unviable business proposition both in the point of view of the Industry as well as the end users.

I had already posted explanatory notes on most these ideas in my communities in this space. Some of these products are already implementd and few are under development or beta stage.
