This Independence day, I would like to throw you all (Above 35 and likely targets of age related problems) an open question : “Are you truly Independent?”

A shrinking body :   A human body shrinks part by part.  Activity level reduces gradually.  What ensues is a war.  On the one hand, body shrinks and on the other, it fights back.  Alas in the end, shrinkage remains…

BP and Diabetes :  This war reduces efficiency of body parts.  It adds fats.  These clog blood vessels.  It makes you dependent for life to regulate blood pressure.  If body’s insulin efficiency is also affected, you are much more than a prisoner for life.

Arthritis :  Forget the nomenclature or what gets accumulated and where.  Arthritic pain is unbearable and your movement is curtailed.

Obesity :  Obesity is more of alteration of cell density initially.  Right parts are not cushioned enough and bones suffer wear and tear.  Wrong parts attract wrong fats and cells.  Their weight becomes unbearable and reduces efficiency of the concerned body part and in due course, makes the body itself inefficient.  It is said in the context of Alcohol consumption..  First peg is consumed by you.  Consumed alcohol takes the second.  Third peg takes you!!  This is more true of obesity.  Obese parts become more obese.  More obese you get to become, your freedom is curtailed as much!

Human body as an ageing vehicle :  We have so many interdependent systems in our body.  Communication between body parts is a must for every activity.  It is naïve to think that all is well when our body structure gets affected so much.  Let us look at our body as a vehicle..  What happens when bolts, nuts and screws of the vehicle get loose?  The body gets to wobble, its fuel efficiency decreases and it is an open invitation for larger wear and tear of the body.  On further neglect, parts get damaged and break downs occur.

Human body adds unnecessary body parts into an activity loop, due to ageing : When communication within body parts suffers, stimulus and activity signals may get deflected.  Such deflection adds more parts into the activity loop, which otherwise is very efficient with minimal body parts performing it.  Abnormal deflection affects performance of not only this activity but also other activities.  Even when such activities are performed, they become more of a burden than a seamless activity which is the case when you are young and the body is optimally elastic.

So answer my question : “Beyond 35 when ageing problems set on, are you truly independent?  Can you do without medicines and doctor?  Even if you do, how effective you can be?”

I can make you all truly independent.  My research (Realignment research) named as Sanjeeva Shodha can tighten your bolts, nuts and screws.   Most of the time, you need not depend on your doctor nor medicines which otherwise happens throughout your life after age related problems set in.

In the community, “life after 35 years of age”, I have given a series of articles on how I became successful in reversing ageing effect.  End of the series is a questionnaire.  I request you to spare time to fill the questionnaire and send to me to my email id : sanjeevashodha@gmail.com.  This would help me validate my findings better.

The questionnaire is based on what I have observed amongst thousands of people.  I believe these involuntary actions are a mirror to what they may face (or are facing) when they start age related problems.  I have a genuine desire to make life easier for the entire world when they age.

Last but not the least, take care of your health.  I am a facilitator!

(watch out for the next article in the series : "How I found out the self diagnostic and curative system on which explains Yoga, acupressure, acupuncture and reiki also"

I have 58 years of age and 40 as a worker and I do not have health problems (I do not have cholesterol, diabetes, liver crises, etc…) Since the three years older I have an arrhythmia problem, what it never hindered me to make a normal life (swimming, race, late in the evening, etc). All my life I followed a rhythm to give and to be in accord with what the organism asks for to me. I was never person of excesses (much food, drink, cakes…) I think that a good and precocious prevention in the daily habits, can give any one a long and healthful quality of life Nowadays I do not have the force and the resistance of the 35, but still I swim, I run and for times I lie down myself late

I've seen a man with 80 years having muscles like a professional body builder. Its simple formulae, regular exercise, meditation will keep our body fit till our last breath..This is the only way to stay healthy allover our life...

If you can come to your senses on Health at teenage and eat to live with normal life activities-like walking, playing, gardening, lots of reading,in area where you can get unpolluted air, surely you can be independent at 55yrs

In todays circumstsnces where comfort ,fast life is the mantra ,the above is either totally ignored or cannot be attained due to sometimes situations but mostly due to search for comfort and more comfort.

When at 35 body starts creaking,it is made or look to feel comfortable by medicines, but never thought of the root cause.so we become idependent of good health

I think we need a debate on going green with respect to our BODY

By doing exercise, walking fast, yoga and eating habits surely fill energy in the body and one feels fresh, but up to that age beyond 55,some of the cells gets damaged/broken due to negligence and some compulsory but cell breaking works(doing work in office and giving birth to a child ) ,for repairing these cells any special medicine is required. appreciating the article by mr.sunder.

Ideally, having initiated a debate, I should wait till most responses are received. I have initiated this particular debate not to summarise but to urge you all to continue responding. All your responses will be appropriately indexed and summarized which will be placed before appropriate medical/scientific authority.

Before I proceed further, I wish to state that I am a very humble person. I have no large ego in most matters. While defending a knowledge frontier, however, I believe I should stand up and defend such knowledge. Till today on toostep, I have not unnecessarily criticized any one and have given out fair responses.

Paresh : My system is far better. I have found that voluntary techniques are far less efficient than involuntary techniques. In Yoga especially, through many asanas, we follow a "hit, miss and get" routine. Not all asanas are beneficial to the individual but even the low efficiency of the practice is of a very large benefit to him. "Please read "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahamsa Yogananda, founder of the Yogada Satsang Society of India, Ranchi. In this, he has explained how he achieved 'highest spiritual attainment' which he described as a divine experience. I have experienced this and can make all of you - every one in this world - experience it. I can also explain scientifically how yoga has its beneficial effects. Why, Yoga, Acupuncture, Acupressure and Reiki - all of them have a common premise. Each of the systems took off from a common premise and branched out separately. Through my system, one can get far greater benefits. I have planned to present few more articles in this series. My next articles title is now changed as "My health profile". Please give the same kind response to the series.

Makrand : Through an exercise routine, we actually train our body to expect beneficial stimulations. The danger lies in the fact that inappropriate exercise will force the body to adjust to such routine. For example, consider Muttaiah Muralidharan's spin action. His entire body has to adjust to facilitate his spin bowling technique. I expect lot of health problems through such efforts.

Nagpal : I have before me (especially in India) lacs of arthretic/BP/Cardiac/Asthmatic/Psychiatric/addiction/Sexually deprived patients and a view of their suffering. Healthy persons should continue their routine and remain healthy. Those who are not are also a very large number. My endeavour is to help them and reduce their suffering. Controlled diet is an important tool but not a very impressive curative tool. Once a problem has set in, diet helps control the problem but not cure it. We need curative techniques too.

Maria do carmo : I bow my head (this is an indian custom to show respect) for the way you have lived. Not many can declare in India that they could swim at 58 and have no health problems. Thanks for the response.

All of you on toostep, please continue your responses. I look forward to receiving your responses and replying them too. I am really grateful for your response. My major problem in announcing my discovery is that I could not test this on a large number of patients. My discovery thus suffers from a very important validation route.

A little exercise everyday would be ideal to avoid all of the above!! :))

Very interesting idea Mr. Sunder!! Yoga as Paresh has suggested and of course good eating habits. THe body undergoes a very natural wear and tear so let it be handled the way nature has intended it to be!! Refreshing read nd a very interesting title!! :))
