I am too not happy with the ICICI Pridential...Too junior staff, stiff targets, false description of the benefits, toomany errors.....in the long run , if not corrected, LIC will be the best one.

Yes my experience ICICI as customer is not good too. It seems that the employees do not know their job.

Nice article Sanjay.But I did not have very good experience in ICICI. I faced the problem of money loss many times and also I am not happy with their service...

I had very bad experience with ICICI pru & ICICI BANK. THey are very poor in prividing service due to which i had to waste lot of  my time ex[planing them & sorting out the issue
