Obviously, Suresh ji.  Thanks for sharing this insight! Anger management will certainly facilitate  tranquility of the mind. Anger is a detrimental energy regardless of just how it is triggered. Many reasons exist for anger and differs from individual to individual. But every angry person has definite reasons.

Yes Suresh once you prone to anger, you loose mental balance on yourself & get hurt your self or the other person. By the time you realize this it will be too late. A person slow to anger will rule the world. Thanks.
