ANNA HAZARE , MEDIA AND PUBLIC

Yes, I agree with you Srinivas sir..that its burning issue. But, for public point of view, it is burning issue and media is doing right thing and reach the update news to people of country. I am not oppose to any media but, the ultimate goal is that TRP for any Media channel.

Yes, i already mentioned in insight that Anna is good social activist person for country, he is doing good activities for all of us....But, for media Anna is important person in terms of TRP, getting business. Because, they can able to show TRP graph analysis against their client (Advertisers).

Its not just TRP, it is a burning issue, channels have the responsibility to carry the people's mood.  People are seeing a crusader in Anna against Corruption and marching behind him.  Govts. have to bow their heads.  The Govt. intention is to oppress oppress Anna and his party and the movement ultimately, but this attitude of the Govt. uplifted the personality of Anna.  He became a hero today.  Ofcourse media played a positive role in this episode.  Let us wait for the results

Yes. Virag, now Anna is in public glare, seen as a "crusador"!  What media is doing is good for the society.  In the process, if they play their gimmick to drive TRP, that's absolutely fine.  But for media, this campaign would not have assumed this proportion.  This wave is resonating in Pakistan too, and the the general public in Pakistan sought for similar campaign to eradicate corruption from Pakistan soil.  At least some beginning has been made, whether this will reach a logical conclusion within days is something that every one should wait and watch.
