Annual Union Budget is on 26th of February, 2011.

At the most one can say that its as predictable as predicting who will win the world cup. On paper there are some teams who can do it, in reality some others do it. So also with the budget, on paper there are som many wishes and positive notes but in reality the government would dish out totally the opposite.

Oil and other fossil fuels have polluted the entire environment and hence we have so much of alternate power resources available but we do not engage our scientist to harness these alternatives. i would like to name a few renewable power and energy  solution which can be easily tap-able viz, Wind, Solar, Tidal, Wave and Geo-thermal energy. I would only sight about Geo-thermal below-
  WIND, SOLAR, TIDAL, WAVE and GEOTHERMAL ENERGY are the best and pure source of Renewable ENERGY present in Earth unlike, BIO-MAS, NUCLEAR, HYDROGEN which are insufficient, hazardous, dangerous and full of pollution.
GEOTHERMAL ENERGY utilizes what is called the "Heat-Mining", which through a simple process using WATER is able to generate massive amounts of CLEAN ENERGY. In 2006, an MIT report on GEOTHERMAL ENERGY found that 13,000 ZJ of Power are currently available in the Earth with the possibility of 2000 ZJ being easily tapable with improve TECHNOLOGY. The total ENERGY consumption of all the countries on the Planet is about half of a Zeta Jule(0.5 ZJ) a year. This means about 4000 years of Planetary Power could be harness in this medium alone and when we understand that the Earth's HEAT ENERGY is constantly renewed, this ENERGY is limitless.It could be used forever. This ENERGY sources are only a few of the Clean Renewable mediums available and as time goes on we will find more. The grand realization is that we have total ENERGY abundance without the need of Pollution, Traditional Conservation or infact without a Price Tag...This I have translated from the Documentary titled "ZEITGEIST ADDENDUM"...

Petrol prices have become a Muhammad Gauri for the common man, repeated invasions. In last eight months, petrol prices have been raised seven times. FM Mukherjee needs to take a hard look at this and delink petrol prices from the vicissitudes of volatile global markets. Yes, good politics makes bad economics. But if the government itself comes under threat everything else is secondary. I believe price rise and food inflation are going to bring about the downfall of the government if it does not wake up now at this late stage.
