we enter in to carrier with some gaols,and motives ,but the circumstanses and reality changes us a lot and leave us just an income vending machines ,is human so vulnerable to situations that he cant rise his own voise for his goals and acheivments?

Yes you are very correct, fate do plays an important role in our lives.I would rather say in a class full of students everyone works hard but only a handful of them manage to shine in a big way not that the others have not worked hard enough but they dont go that extra yard even after doing that.Its just that some are destined to go that way others have to make their own way.
May be we can make our fate ourselves by doing our bit everyday. 
Whatever limits us we call it fate and it is rightly so also as you cant do anything without getting the proper opportunity in spite of having  the ability.
