Are Women Safe in Today's World? If Yes, How Far???

@Priya roy:Yes Priya.100% you are right.I agree with your statement.But what I written in my previous statement that is also I read from Newspaper only.So what do you think?.Both categories of women are surviving in our same country India.She is also a human being only ,then if she can able to act like that,then why can't those womens?.Just think wise.It's all in our hands only.Do you know Vivekananda greatest words,"If you feel you are weak,then you will become weak.If you feel you are strong, then you are the strongest person in the world".If you start firing on stray dogs ,then noone will get in their mind to touch the womens even they will feel fear to touch deadbody also.Just stand in front of your mirror & start saying that "YOU ARE STRONG, NOONE CAN BEAT YOU,THEN YOU WILL BECOME AS SUCH".They are more powerful than atombomb.

First of all we need the country out of corruption. Law and order need to make perfect. If the Law and order are inperfect then there is not safety for anybody, how can be the women or the society.

News sells the businees, hence the news paper publish which people find inetersting. Why women ? Even childs are abused and raped too in India ? Rural India or Whole India is majorly Men dominated, who takes the benefit of weak womens and Unlawfull Justice. Even Police cops you mentioned.

Do you know even women seduced mens and mojorly in western world. But its not comparable in quantity with molested women.

In India womens need to be take care of themselves for their own security. Must avaoid the night alone in distant streets.

I can say, atleast Calcutta is having better culture and safe against Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and even other good developed cities.

@Rajesh: I have been to many places for the purpose of education namely, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Varanasi, Delhi, Tamil Nadu. I personally have never felt very safe in any of the places.Today the rate of atrocities and torture, sexual harassment at workplace, sexual abuse and day to day eve teasing that women facing all over the country and beyond the borders of this country, is tremendous and to the magnitude we can hardly believe.There are foeticide cases reported from all over the country and the rate of abortion is still high, especially in metros. Although some laws and privileges have come in force but not much has been implemented so far. The irony is that sometimes when justice is been served it almost kills the very own soul, which seeks the justice.

Priya, i dont know from where u belong, but there are many unsafe city's in India Like central, Western and South and some part of North India are comparatively very safe for women and rest of India its better not to say.... so its all depend upon Locatio where you are staying.

You can see unending news like this. What is your say on all this?

Yes.Womens are safe only if they trust themselves.Onething you should understand , nowadays  womens are growing fast along with world grows.Then why they should fear?.Once if you shown  the fear in your face ,then atlast you will become a prey for the predators.What do u mean by attacker?.Once if they found that you are a sensitive, coward person, then they can easily attack you.You should make them feel Fear.Safety is important to everyone only if they hold in their hands.Noone can come near.For example,
before 5 months back,In north side two terrorist entered in one women home with AK 47.But she didn't get afraqid, she smashed them & she got job in Military also & praised by Indian govt.
That is women's power.
