In professional life,

Bad"BAD ATTITUDE:

• I have the most boring job on Earth.

• My boss is too demanding.

• This company needs to pay me more and treat me better.

• I should get more vacation time.

• I always have to do the “grunt work.”

• No one here appreciates me.

• I may have to work with these people around me, but I don’t have to be nice to them.

 

 

GGOOD ATTITUDE:

• I am so thankful to have a job.

• I am going to do my very best every day.

• I believe that God gives me favor every day with my boss.

• I am glad to be part of a team with my coworkers even though none of us are perfect.

• The work environment may not be ideal, but I will do my part to make it pleasant for myself and those around me.

• I am committed to be focused and diligent while I’m on company time.

• I would like a raise, so I will work hard to earn it :) "

As long as you are working for an organisation, own it, love it. If you have the better chance then quit the present job. But, dont go on cry and kill yourself and the work as well. Thanks Mr.Manish for the referral.

Focus on what is required at the job, own it and deliver. Forget the rewards while perforning. Enjoy every bit of the job. In Professional companies rewards will come. It is not others or surroundings but we can make the difference just focusing and aiming to acomplish expected out of us. If continuing in the job is difficult and  find something more exciting quit with dignity but be devoted so long in the organization.

thanks manish for the referral.well we dont have control on many things in our life. if we choose to stick by bad attitude it will make only ourselves miserable!so to grow and to learn it is very important to have a +ve attitude. this will make us feel that its the best job we are doing on earth.

Bad Attitude grows over a period of time due the bad HR practices of the organisation and Good Attitude shows the success of the HR in the organisation
