What are you doing to manage attrition?

I am afraid but i guess Mr.Shashikant I strongly oppose on what you mentioned...
I accept the first half of the statement,but with second part i disagree.. Eg : Any organization would have at least more than 150 staff/employees at one of its sectors....Like you mentioned,try to fulfil the  employee needs...then in that cas the company/organization would be forced to shut down its business....

I sincerely convey to you,I have no personal enemity or...I guess you would accept this.

Well,to manage attrition of employees...
>> Motivate them by way of appraisals.
>> Develope a small grievance & counselling section in the H.R. department itself.
I guess the list would just go on continuing,so I better make an exit now.
