Very useful info. I understand that many more medicines internationally banned are sold in India. 
I use to take AMARYL manufactured by Parke Davis for many years for Diabetics. Recently I was told that this medicice has been discontinued in U.K as it may have adverse side effects for Cardiac patients. If any one has more details on this please share with others in this forum.
