well, i do agree to what u have said. 
Crying is the first form of baby talk. The only way babies can communicate is by crying.
Yes I guess parents certainly get frustrated but again being parents they also understand why their child is crying "most of the time". Babies could be crying for various reasons: hunger, pain, discomfort, uneasiness, hot, cold or maybe even to just draw attention towards themselves and at times even frustrated.

I am sure parents are very patient with their babies but initially for new parents it initially seems impossible to have patience, but they to a certain extent do learn to differentiate between the cryings of their babies and decipher what the baby actually wants. The babies too are fast learners and gradually become more and more self-reliant and also learn to communicate better which helps you to interpret your babies cries better.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
