It's now official that Redmos will be actively releasing their world-class recruitment training for the Indian Market.

Redmos are shortly launching the 'Recruitment Uncovered' training series, targeting Recruitment Consultants with 0-7 years experience.  The training consists of DVD's, interactive workbook, online assessments and e-learning.  Whilst the company is British led, the product is highly versatile across global markets, and has already received full accreditation by the official leading Recruitment body in Australia, the RCSA.  When a delegate completes and passes the Redmos course, they will have achieved the 25 points required by the RCSA to become an Accredited Recruitment Professional.  This then allows the delegate to use the post-nominals MRCSA after their name, once they have gained membership with the RCSA.

This is the first British standard training to be released into India, which helps Recruiters to learn from HR practices from one of the most mature recruitment markets in the world.  Consultants will learn a variety of skills ranging from Questioning techniques, NLP tips, delivering hooks, winning business, generating candidates, writing job description, negotiating, interviewing and much much more.

The full website will be unveiled soon, watch this space www.redmos.com
