Buyer’s Remorse: 16 Percent of Galaxy Tabs Are Returned:
You must have watched a countless number and recent surge of galaxy tab advertisement in your T.V recently, tempting people to give the product a try: Unlike other countries, India does not have return back policy, If you don't like the product. "Once you buy it you are stuck with it".
What you should really understand is when company spent millions on TV time for its product. What it actually means is that company is actually loosing sales on it product.
Therefore their alternate marketing strategy is promote it like mad before people get wind of it that it actually isnt what you wanted all along. I wish that one day India had the same clauses for buying and selling as it is in the US. Anyways here is the latest stat on why Galaxy Tab is actually loosing on sales.
