COA can be utilized to expand the curiosity and observation of top and middle management so their actions become highly result driven. It also helps in sharpening their focus in business.

Curiosity: For any enterprise to be in tune with the trends of the times, you have to continuously nurture your senior management. You have to ignite their interest and endless curiosity to absorb the history, present and future of the social, economic and technology trends in the world. This is a challenge, but if they can lead in a transformation mode, your business will always connect with your
end-customers.

Observation: Interest at a macro level can result in curiosity to focus on micro observation. The capacity to minutely observe a subject can change your business perspective.

Action: Intense curiosity and high quality observation can give your action sharp focus and to be on time to get results.

Classic article. Thanks for sharing. There is a gap between Observation and Action, i.e. Change Management! Change at every level, technological, human mindset, and above all influx of fund and approval of perceived action across the board, is required!
