  I wish i could delete my Toostep account. I cannot rely on this platform, and there is no credibility left in this. I came to know about the site because of my friend muhammed jabir rifai. Sincere regards to him. Since now i've received 5 spam ratings and my account was inaccessible for the past two weeks. I wonder what have i done to receive all these spam ratings. Anyhow if i hurt the feelings of anyone here in Toostep, kindly forgive me. 

Mr. Ajay Kumar Khaitan, i have a lot of objection regarding your use of my name and email address on public site unnecessarily, though both of us agree on many topics but at the same time i would never compromise on my individuality, please keep that thing in mind and avoid using my name in unnecessary comments on this site.....i have kept my email numbers visible so that people can share useful things with me and not for copy paste the same on my behalf which you did in Mr. Sharma's "313...." titled insight, hope you wont mind it and be a good companion.

Dear All,  I am sorry to have been the catalyst for Murthy garu to temporarily suspend his participation in this site. Ofcouse, I did this in good faith which has totally backfired.  

As a mark of respect to him, I am also following him.

I have seen the mails of TooStep Admin to some of our members.  In all the mails, TooStep has informed that the duplicate ids have been removed.  Nothing further is mentioned.  As a Information Systems Auditor, this brings many questions to my mind:
1. Does the site not have any logging for all the activities of its members?  Does it not store the footprints of the creation of IDs and comments?
2. Do they have any detective and preventive measures?  Even the corrective measure addresses only the immediate problem.
3. This being the case, anything might happen anytime.  Somebody else can create an ID in my name and post some comments which will land me in trouble.  The same thing might happen to anybody here.

Why is this happening?  It is not the fault of the site.  The creator of the site were banking on good faith and true professionals participating in this site. But members seem to have forgotten the objective of this site - which is to exchange professional opinion and expertise.  Some of the members have taken the comments as personal affronts without realising the true spirit of the debates.  This has led to the present state of affairs, viz., creation of fake IDs, posting of comments directed at persons instead of comments and other unsavoury incidents.

We are all professionals.  Why are we behaving in such a manner?  Please pause for sometime to think.  And take a considered decision yourself.  I request the misguided member to send a mail to Mr.Murthy and accept the fault so that he returns to the site.  

Mr.Murthy will be magnanimous enough not to reveal the name to others.

Today, I am surprised to find fake IDs and hijaked IDs. I noticed it since my name is dragged into it. Most notable among them are Ardhendu, Gurleen, Munshi, Amit Pandey.

Ardhendu calls himself as Upgrading Knowledge Base. New ID is created in his name Ardhendu, Freelancer and new postings are made, dragging my name into it.

Today morning - almost after 10-15 days - I came back to Too Step, since my office work kept me away all these days.

First, I saw Gurleen's posting in almost all the Topics. Having seen her comments earlier, which were sharp and to the point I suspected it.  "Why Gurleen has embarked on posting hate mails, which was not her nature" was my first impression. When I wanted to check her Page, it was displayed "Page not found". Gurleen will restrict herself to the topic, as far as my assessment goes, but will not 'copy and paste' her opinion on all the topics. This is the handiwork of some unscrupulous person/persons.

Later in the afternoon, I saw her message that somebody hijacked her ID !! Being a lay man, I could not understand "how can somebody hijack her ID" and asked my friends to enlighten me on this.

Before they sent a reply to me, it struck me that there is a real hijacker on this professional site !!!

May I request Too Step authorities to look into the matter please ??

Too Step readers, can you support me in this endeavour to cleanse the system and make it a professional site ??

Raju garu. I am extremely sorry for troubling you. I sincerely regret for it.

The topic - posted with a good intention - became a battle ground between, Munshiji, Khaitanji and Amitji. You were unnecessarily dragged into the battle ground. After noticing postings with fake IDs dragging me into controversies, I thought of leaving Too Step for good. The quality of the site has come down drastically. I appealed to all and my efforts proved to be futile. 

When I shared my intentions with some well meaning friends, they suggested that we take up this matter with Too Step and advised me to stay back. 

I posted this topic to make the members aware of the tricks played by some unscrupulous members, with an intention to insult and humiliate fellow members.

Some members have really taken up the issue and I too complained to too Step. Too Step has started cleaning up action.

Let's leave the matter as it is. Let wiser counsel prevail.

Raju Garu, who can point out you.  I am sorry if I sound something wrong to you.  The matter was referred to the toostep management and they are looking into.  There is something.  Let us not get into the details of everything to maintain serenity here.  They are looking into and we received such confirmation too.  

Sorry Srinivas to have disappointed you.  I dont want to always remain in doubt whether my id has been hacked.  I want to know the followoing:
1. whether the hacking did really happen
2. if it happened, who did it
3. if it did happen, what steps were taken to punish the culprit
4. if it did take place, what steps were taken to assure us that this will not happen in future.

I dont mind if you think me to be uncivil, uncultured, insensible and what not.  I need to know.  

And I think do so many others in this forum.

@Munshi, anybody reading the comments will come to the same conclusion which I came to.  And I have never said that you did it.  All I wanted to know is, who did it?  If it is not either of you, then so many persons here owe both of you an apology.  

@Murthy, pleae take me to be an insensible person and let me know who did it.  Since you raised this public debate, it is your responsibility to bring it to a close - not by words but by showing us who did it.  Munshi today raised the doubt why it could not have been me. Dear All…Instead of discussing and sorting out the issues by following the learned persons’ suggestions, the whole debate is covered with “you pat my back and I pat yours” attitude. In the process sincere advice is pushed back and professionalism took a reverse turn. What we want is a solution and not exhibiting certificates and repeated postings. Whoever has posted under fake IDs left their mark/track clearly. 

(1) Posting in bold and colored letters (2)Posting the same message on all debates
(3) Illogical postings – Ardhendu confessing (he is a fighter, no need for him to confess) or Gurleen apologizing to me and others (she is of my daughters age.. She is upright and the question of her apologizing to me never arose). It is done with a malafide intention (4)Posting again and again, even when others agreed to “Close the Chapter”. The pattern is clear.

There is no need to name a person. All sensible members do understand “who the culprit is”. I have taken up the matter with Too Step and I request others to really co-operate and "Close the Chapter" once for all.

How many people's profile on this forum has a 'real company'. 50% have and remaining are not ready to reveal it fearing harassment. Same thing in my case. I cannot reveal my company unless I am sure that I will not be harassed.

has written on this very  Page that  Ajay Khaitan is a " NOT A  B TECH but A 10 TH STANDARD MAN ", now  i don't know  any "A 10 TH STANDARD MAN " yet who even knows how to operate E mail , or Orkut ,   
anyway what is rigth  of a person to made an allegation like this against another person  ? how is he knowing about him so personally  , and what proof he has ,

Surprisingly this very person " Naharul Haque " is  the one to start this rumor that

The point that i am trying to make is  - If you want to clean up this site, if you want people to listen to you or to others, then they should look into these issues in an 'unbiased' way without any fear or favor. 

If you let Khaitan, Amit and others to have too many IDs, harass people by allowing them to post the same thing again and again etc etc,  and then say that the culprit or culprits have left a trail....what is the use.? Because on side everybody is allowing khaitan, amit, gurleen etc(maybe fear or favor) and then,on the other side you try to get another set of people for confessing what?

Event my account was deleted a few times, still I recreated it without accusing anybody. Also, there were a few days when I was not able to login to toostep.

One option will be to STOP discussing religion and politics. The other option will be to limit just one post on a topic from a person. The third is to bring in a moderator.

Yes. Rules should be strictly enforced. A rule should be a rule for everybody. 

Mr. Murthy I found the same problem. Some security measures should be immediately taken by the toostep maintenance group. 

In this instant case I have expressed my doubt and a given clue to Mr. Murty already.  He might have been assessing the clue.  I dont want to name the name here because it is not yet tested.  These are a few who are spoiling the very purpose of creating this portal and the culture of this site.  They are time and again resorting to personal attacks and circulating a some topics time and again supporting a particular party and individuals.  Too step management has to look into it immediately.

The issue raised by Mr Suryanarayan Murthy, and supported by Mr Naharul, Mr Raju and mr Rohit, is a life-and-death issue for toostep. If you don't take steps on a war footing to clear the air, people would be leaving this good site in hordes. I completely associate myself with the views expressed above and demand a prompt investigation and personal response from your side to all toostep members. IS ANYBODY LISTENING!

Mr. Murthy, I realized this problem much earlier. Some of the comments were direct and too personal in nature, which were really uncalled for in a professional site like this.  Mr. Rohit also started a debate to discipline this rude behaviour! Ms. Darshana also started a debate with a view to figure out who we are discussing with in a virtual environment and how do we strengthen this acquaintance in a meaningful way. Some suggestions were made to have some video conferencing facility and also personal meet in a quarter, etc.  It looks as if some one has started a "vilification campaign" to force active people out of this network! Many have shared their views against such personal attack and character assassination. Most of us fall prey to such meaningless comments and undesirable propagandas!  Its time that the Toostep management take some strong action to stop this forthwith, otherwise, the very purpose of creating this model to share views and wisdom of elites and likes will be negated!

People want to hack even this site?  Terrible.  I think we should see all the comments in our name and see if there are any comments not posted by us.  Even better, we should stop using this site - if no action is taken by the siteowners for this.

As it is, the site does not do any background checks.  Anybody can open any number of ids with the same mailid.  So we have seen a couple of persons with more than one id.

We see people claiming that their reigion is the only religion in the whole world which is good thus spreading communal disharmony among Indians.  

And we see people supporting the political parties without rhyme or reason even though the support should be issue-based.

Are too many unprofessionals coming to hijack this professional site?

i was affected earlier with the same problem. But after few requests with Toostep admin i got an email for my queries.
