Mr.Vinay we cannot say that the undeveloped countries are not affected by climate change, the effect will be minimum compared to the developed and developing countries. This is because the population is less, so the factors that cause the climate change is less in undeveloped countries. If we are not able to control it now, the effect will be on all countries. So as you said all countries should think of this to save the world.
