Hi Friends,
Today I am sharing with you the reviews of 'Accenture' done by their employees.
Please share your views on this.
An Analyst wrote:
What I like about Accenture:
"Great brand name and opportunity to interact and work with the best minds in the country. Great Compensation compared to others in Industry which attracts a lot of talent to the company, as I was offered almost the double of what i used to get from my previous employers without much of negotiation."
What I don't like about Accenture:
"They "pretend to be professional". I was "trapped" thinking I could make a good career, here. The actual work is very low-level for an analyst in India, at times there's a strong feeling that we in India is given work which no one in the US is ready to do. At times the work is more a clerical or data entry work, which acts a major bottleneck in using your creativity and skills forget about challenging your limits. "
