"Opportunity to work in hot technologies. Fairly good pay for freshers and up to Leads. Talented peers. Clear policies. Good quality process. High customer focus."
What I don't like about 'Aricent Technologies':
"Minimum/Adequate transparency should be maintained at all levels. Build environment to develop experts. Must enforce quality process at all levels. No mentoring in place except for freshers. Must enforce 1-on-1 meetings between employee (all levels) and line supervisor."
