What I like about EXL:
"EXL is great place to work at senior level primarily due to three reasons 1. They have a flat hierarchy as compared to other BPO outfits. 2. Training and development 3. Excellent infrastructure."
What I don't like about EXL:
"Few... 1. Compensation not par with other's in the indsutry 2. Huge divide between entry level and the management 3. Its loosing a lot of clients and acquiring very few. 4. Span of people in few of the processes is very small. 5. Lot of friction/ego between various business units. 6. Very Very top heavy organisation. 7. Slow to respond on important issues 8. Unable to retain good talent."
