this document contains a brief set of examples of tools developed to create complexity governance, based on the introduction of the system theory of violence

I am adding 3 more documents in one collection:http://www.aurora-hope.net/?c=980&k=e859c70f5b

Dear Andreu, it is just a modern art sculpture which evokes some complex thinking to decipher. Could you please enlighten as to how to appreciate a modern art?. Of course it looks complex, feels complex and must be trying to convey some message. Only if one has the tool to appreciate modern art I will be able to expand on the complexity dimensions. Probably it is time I learned to appreciate modern art I shall also try google search.

http://www.aurora-hope.net/?r=167 please also have a look at this tool I think it helps a lot understanding how to visualize complexity in the most simple possible manner.

Hi Kaliyamoorthy!

just to illustrate a single argument: it is very true, that a complexity reduction in certain segments reduces violence.

This is the case for C1 and C2 (human population and communication) depending on the environmental conditions. It is also the case for C1 reduction when regarding armament (buying very expensive armament reduces opportunities for life for any group of human population). C2 regarding armament (the use of weapons) reduces C1 (human population) in a yoyo kind of effect on a T2 (middle Time line) and T3 (long Time line). It is not efficient regarding strategies of demography control. C2 of C1-weapons creates a double negative expectation which has even worse consequences than the negation of the use, at least on T2 and T3 perspectives. The T1 perspective (short Time line) is treacherously positive (as can be seen regarding the outcome of any war in any territory at any time around the planet). A C2- disease complexity growth triggers a lot of C3 which in the perspective of our present state of the art in scientific research would not necessarily call again for a C1 growth in the same way. However, we should not allow any complexity to regulate us cutting our C1, our C2 or our C3 down. We should regulate them.

It is also true that an increased production of the complexity type 3 (contingent) also reduces violence. The amount of C3 production depends on the human brain capacity of C3 production, which in return depends on the state of health of the human brain. If the brain is healthy, it produces 100% C3 solutions for any C1 or C2 complexity tied with problems (i.e. economical crisis)

5n other documents, which have never been presented to the public, but which we are working at, we have revealed, that there is a fourth kind of complexity, which we call C0. This is the complexity related to the environment, which we see as a minimum limit complexity that each human is required to work on a daily basis: the environmental complexity.
Breathing is i.e. one of the tasks a human body has to do permanently. The body works 24 h a day breathing (breathing= C2 of C1 human breathing C1 air)
Feeding one self with a minimum of 800> x <1800 calories is also part of this task every day, which uses up time.
Etc.
Some complexities are of a constant character, and some are of an intermittent character.
It is very important to understand which are the constants and why and which complexities are intermittent.

But this will all be published in the next 2 years.

Hey Ginestet,

A system is balanced when all the component are in equilibrium. So, the strategic planning is to maintain these component not to collapse each other. The moment, you find there is a overlap / touch, it means that , the balance is at threat. So , a planner plans how best, the resources are distributed to tackle any imbalance.

Obviously, we see that,

When there is a sustainable Culture with minimal complexity, then , you find a minimal violence.

When there is no sustainable culture with minimal complexity, then also, the violence erupts due to economic reasons.

When there is much complexity, then the culture suffers to sustain it then, violence emerge.

In all these cases, violence is unavoidable because, the mass basically wanted to sustains its cultural identity because of complexity. The factors attributing to these are shown in one of your template.

Moreover, it depicts that, contemporary, violence is on the increase comparing to the past as the reasons are very clear. Now, how to control these factors thats what a planner or a strategist thinks of it. May be loosing cultural identity or reducing complexity are a few ways we can plan. But, it is still under question if it will be accepted to the Mass.
The elements what you have discussed in the conference can not be DISCUSSED HERE. As it is already available with you.

When on vectorial analysis, if you find certain force is directed to a particular other component , try reduce its impact. Mean at-least reduce its quantum so that, its immediate impact is not hitting all sections.
Really speaking, these analysis are very sensitive issues when it relates to culture. However, we need to avoid violence at any cost.

Yes, of course, this sculpture, the Elan is the first and only symbolical work of art showing what human emancipation means with regards to violence. It shows a huge effort, which is the effort any human has to do when emancipating: you swim within your own psyche and your own body. You try to free your self of your own prisons, a giant effort. The figure does it crawling within her undefined and amorphous shape. The head is the elongation of a snake, the symbol of temptation and by deduction, the symbol of curiosity. This huge body of 30T weight swims within itself to grasp and reach with the left hand something. this something is not visible in the pictures: it's a mirror built in 10m height. The sculpture makes all the effort to reach the reflected image of her self, above and far away, in a superior distant position in the future: emancipation is the effort we do to reach our own imagined future of our selves in a better (higher, distant) position. This is the meaning of the sculpture. On the sculpture there are inscriptions of violence, describing human violence against women and men. The descriptions are poems written by Friedrich Hölderlin and Margaret Atwood.
