Corporate lesson

A Lion, who has completed his graduation, eagerly looking for the job, roaming around the industrial area.

At one reputed company, he found a board, showing the requirement of a person… went to personal manager –Fox…. Got selected and joined this corporate…

As he was an enthusiastic and hard working…. He worked well for first day…lunch time… went to canteen… asked for food… saw in all direction… all variety of animals… pigs… jackals… deer’s and all busy in their lunch… monkeys were also there doing chatting… jumping all around… creating problem to others…

After a long waiting… he got two bananas in a plate.

He was so exhausted…. Don’t want to compromise specially for the food… asked for chicken, beef, fish and other non-vegetarian food. Replied by some one that he can get the food based on his caliber. He was shocked, how he can take such food.. not sufficient… ok but he will not take this.

One monkey jumped to his table and asked him to take bananas… ok NO… I will take it.. He took that and went out of the canteen.

Next day the same thing happened with him… again same… again same… He decided to complain to Fox..

He went

Fox “ what is your problem, let me sort out this”

Lion “ I do hard work, I need good food to meet my hunger”

Fox “ Ok you are getting two bananas daily, I have this report. Than what’s the problem?”

Lion “It is not enough for me”

Fox “ This is your fault not organization”

Lion “Why it is so?”

Fox “We asked for Monkey, clearly mentioned on the notice board, we have the budget for it. If I am getting Lion on the post of Monkey at monkeys price… good for organization. But we cannot play with the budget.. sorry for that… if you wish to work with us at this facility, you are welcome… otherwise.”

There are so many intelligent, talented, hard working persons working in the corporate not still getting recognized.. one of the bad result of performance appraisal. Corporate are happy with monkeys not with the lion. “They do not want leaders… they want followers”

sir is it the same if the person is extra talanted and u won't support him
then take me i would be a good person to fit at that place
the bannanas u give i would utilise as a bribe for my ways to comment
and one day finding i would just plug and shift all that u have for me

my thing is to say only choose persons better suited for the job and happy with what u give.should be enough to fight for his needs.would get a positive results

contact me i meant what i say i am a mind player 91-9344068433

Yes i fully agree with you. specially with today's scenario where so many lions are purposely ready to work at monkeys salary. Each and every company is looking for a people who can follow companies path and never argue or never object on any issue.
