You can easily see more number of working moms in coming days as most of the corporate organizations like more than 60% are ready to hire mothers who had left the job to take care of their children and family, as it was a challenge for mothers to work in the inflexible work environment with non-cooperative male colleagues and its only passion that bars them from quitting in the name of family.

As per a survey conducted by workplace solutions provider Regus Plc every three in five Indian companies plan to hire more mothers on a part-time basis over the next 24 months. India's intention of hiring mothers is far above the global average which stands at 44 percent. "This marks India as the country with the most ambitious hiring intentions out of those studied. The most conservative hiring estimates appeared in the Netherlands, with only 24 percent expecting an increase.

Regus' multi-national global economic indicator survey, the Regus BusinessTracker, asked more than 11,000 respondents about their hiring intentions with regard to part-time, returning mothers over the next two years. "Businesses have learned that adhering to a rigid 9-5, 5-days-a-week mentality with no room for flexibility can mean sacrificing talented workers - and in a time when companies are focusing on cutting costs and maximising profitability, firms cannot afford to operate without the best and brightest talent available.

And I guess with this strategy in place by the corporates can now address the issue where there was too much of high attrition rates among female employees in many organizations, and with this part time job strategy not only they are increasing the employee base, but also they are tapping the  right talent which is required for the job. And is this the right strategy by the corporates who are addressing this attrition rate of female employees with part time job for working moms? What are your views on this.

Indian Corporates are definitely setting a healthy trend to come up with - women with a family are much more stable when it comes to job hopping. This is a good strategy to check attrition rates which are otherwise challenging in the current business environment

There are several talented women who have left jobs to raise a family. This will give them more options as well as help companies retain talent

Well said Johnson, this will help to retain the talent. Nowadays men started hopping from one job to another and the companies are undergoing huge loss. So employing married womens will help companies to retain the talent.
