Corrode the Corruption by encouraging honest, integrity, and sincerity

It was very heartening to note that 2 Bihar IAS officers Sh Saran DM, Kuldip Narayan and Gopalgang DM,Balamurugan have declared their assets.It seems that Bihar may lead in curbing the corruption which has of late become order of the day as every day news papers are carrying the  caption on scams.Perhaps the begining towards this cure can that every one right from babu to politicians must declared their assets and a watch god  cell must monitor the addition to assets. Earning and creating assets is no criminal, but the way these are added every year.The most criminal act is stashing the country's wealth in foreign countries. It is height of indecency and must be stopped.
